Doing daily breathing exercises may help lower blood pressure as much as medication and provide other health benefits.

This is just noting some exercises that are easy and return a lot for a little. They seem very unique to me. As of May 2023, I only have 2 of these type EXERCISE suggestions.


The 1st SUGGESTION deals with a sitting exercise. When you find yourself obligated to a seat for a while, you might want to do a bit of this. Yields Wonderful Returns for a LITTLE EFFORT.



The 2nd SUGGESTION deals with a breathing exercise.
